It's true that our institutions haven't been built this way. Oppression is encoded in our society and embedded in our organizations. We've internalized beliefs and perpetuated harmful systems that shape the way our teams and workplaces function, how we relate to work, how we lead and how we make space for what's most meaningful in our lives.
