At Nightingale, we envision a world in which:

Our institutions haven't been built this way. We have a lot of redesigning and reimagining to do.

We can continue to do that work together. We never need to do it alone, because alongside us are so many others  working to build a better, more just world.

We can keep learning to lead with greater care, courage and humanity. We can make things that matter. We can live in ways that stir wonder and cultivate joy; we can live in ways that feel more alive.
