 GET TO KNOW LAURA GALE


Principal and Founder, Nightingale Coaching & Consulting

Laura is a change-maker who works with change-makers. She is a designer of transformative experiences, a
leadership development practitioner and organizational strategist. Laura is an advocate for justice, a working mom, an entrepreneur and a creative soul. She is also an avid traveler, kayak enthusiast and lover of nature. She works in and beyond New York City. In addition to leading Nightingale, she serves as an adjunct professor at NYU, teaching graduate students in public service about leadership and change.

Laura's work is rooted in a commitment to equity and uplifts the power of human connection and community. She brings particular expertise in the areas of group facilitation, leadership development, change management, team dynamics and culture change. Laura previously served as the Senior
Director of Training and Consulting at Coro Partners, and prior to that, as Director of the Coro Fellows Program.


Laura’s approach draws on her background in the arts and sociology, her own mindfulness and creative practices, and her extensive experience working with change leaders across sectors. She holds a Master’s degree in Nonprofit Management and a Post-Master’s Certificate in Organization Development from The New School.
